		<description>Joe,

There is a pretty good possibility that we are related. I know that I trace my lineage back through Garrett Koen who arrived in North Carolina from the Palatine region of Germany.

From North Carolina, the family migrated west into Tennesee. At this point, it gets somewhat interesting because part of the family continued west into Illinois and Missouri. But, some of the family went south into Alabama.

I am from the part of the clan who settled in St. Francois County, Missouri. I am in the process of documenting some of this information and do intend to post my research online on this website.

Stay in touch and certainly if you have any information that you would like to have included here, please let me know.

Take care,
Bryan</description>
