Well, day two featured more visits from family and friends.
Cara is up and moving around today, gingerly. But other than some discomfort she is doing very well and beams with joy.
Desmond is starting to lose the purple color to his extremities and appears to be doing OK. He is starting to open his eyes more. [...]

At 9:55 am, June 16, 2008,  we welcomed Desmond Erik Koen into the family. He weighed in at a solid 9 lbs. 5 oz. and was 22.5 inches long. Both Mom and Desmond are doing well.
